Product regulators around the world are showing increased interest in product safety reporting together with appetite for enforcement when those reporting obligations are not met. Against that backdrop, international manufacturers, distributors and importers of consumer products find themselves navigating what can seem to be a evermore complicated and fast moving set of global reporting obligations, striving to meet global regulators’ expectations in these areas.  Join us to explore different perspectives on the subject of reporting from both international regulators and industry representatives, including what regulators are expecting of businesses, the roles regulators play, how we are seeing regulators work together and share information internationally and how the unique challenges of COVID-19 may or may not impacted what we are seeing.
